I've finally placed an order with HealthCabin!

I've finally gathered enough courage to order a set of joye ego tank from HC.. Not because I'm afraid to buy from them, but because I'm living in Singapore.. I've got my 1st set of E-Cig confiscated at Sg custom even before I get to try it.. So now I'm really hoping all goes well and soon I'll be vaping away.. =)

Is there any "special" way of packing so that it has higher chances of passing customs? Is there any healthcabin personnel here can enlighten me? Thanks!

By the way, on the shipping guide in the website, I saw that for ejuice to be shipped together with the vaporizer needs about 10 - 12 working days to reach me, but it will still show the status as processing for the first 4 - 6 days right? So my order status would show shipped by next week and arrive the following week am I right?

Is there anyone have experience shipping in ejuice with their vaps? What is the usual shipping duration?

thank you for your first order.

yes. we do have problems sending orders through customs in your country via china airmail sometimes.

if you choose DHL, the order will have a much bigger chance passthing through your customs. we have no orders via dhl seized so far.

however it need a few more days, because we have to send orders to another city first. only when your order reaches the city, we will get a tracking number for you. after you get a tracking number, your order will leave china within 3 business days.

there is no problem with your order. we can ship orders to the USA via EMS. normally it takes 6-10 days to reach there via ems. hope you will get it soon.

yes. i suppose that you may get it next weekend.
