Those Gil posted are nice.

I got tired of trying to keep my batteries in order and in a place they would not get in the way. I made two long trays out of cardboard. About the size of a package of spaghetti noodles. I put my 18650 and my 18490 in one and my 14500 in another, it is shorter. I was not too worried about the looks, just wanted something easy. Now the new charged go on the right and I take them to use from the left.

I know, redneck look but works!

In the fishing Dept. in Walmart...or Kmart, so on,...they have clear plastic containers with lids that have adjustable compartments. The brand is Plano. There are adjustable tabs to fit any size batteries.

And you can find those in hardware stores and hobby stores too.

I have problems with things with lids. I run around (well, my running is more limping now) and get to where something belongs, if there is a lid the object usually goes next to it. Usually I have multiple things in my hand so I don't have to run back and forth. So those little trays I made work fine! Drop and run (limp).
