J Tank Issue

Just received my J-Tank from Electronixstix.com and had issues trying to fit the carto. into the endcap. I must have pushed and twisted for about 30 minutes until the plastic around the inner o-ring cracked. I even put juice all over the carto. and o-ring to lube them up. My question is....Has anyone else had difficulty getting a carto. into a new J-Tank? I'm not not new to vaping and I have literally filled hundreds of tanks. This one however, got the best of me. Now I have a broken, brand new J-tank and I'm very disappointed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend using a carto tank filling tool. There is different ones out there, but all can do the job. They attach to the carto like a drip tip, but are usually pointed to assist in pushing the carto through the tank end caps. This prevents the sharp edges of the carto cutting into the orings. Smear juice on this tool as well like you are doing with the carto and orings. Make sure to twist the carto also as you put in through the tube end caps.
