I ordered a Jwrap on 12-12-2013. 8 days later on 12-20 days I still had not received it so I called them. They said the mail had been slow due to the holiday and I thought the same thing. They said they would send out another one that day and if I did receive 2 of them asked me to send one of them back. I waited until Dec 30th and still nothing. On Dec 30th I emailed them. On the 31st they emailed me back saying the mail has been slow due to the holidays again and that they would send another one out right away and to send back one if I received 2. The email made no mention of this being the 3rd one but rather the 2nd one they sent out. Today is Jan 4th. Still no Jwrap! I feel I have been just given the run around by them. I have ordered 2 Jwraps from them in the past and received them both in 2 days. I understand the mail running slow this time of year but I believe I was misled when I called the 1st time and they never did send a second one out. Now I am thinking they never sent what should have been the 3rd one out either because I still don't have it. I am so disappointed. This was a Christmas gift for my best friend. I already had to go buy her something else at the last min. Now she knows it is coming as well but every day I check the mail and it never shows up. I guess if this doesn't resolve it I will start a claim with Paypal to get my money back. Please make this right Jwraps.​

J wraps has emailed me and they explained that they just had so many orders over the holidays that they just couldn't keep up. She said they had no idea how many orders they were going to get. They offered me a free Jwrap for my troubles. I am happy with that. I just felt like I was getting robot like responses from them and had no way to know if they had followed threw with sending it out after so long. I am sure it will arrive tomorrow as she said they sent it out on Friday. As long as it really does arrive I will be a happy customer. I just wish they had explained how things were going on their end last time I contacted them. I wouldn't have left this review if they had.
