I had originally posted this in the general e-cig discussion forum and was told that I'd probably get more, better answers here. So here's my original post:

Sooo, I don't know what's happening to one of my batteries. It started blinking like it normally does when it needs a recharge. But while I was cleaning out the atomizer to put it in the other battery, I noticed that the blinking didn't stop like it normally does. I didn't know what was wrong with it, so I just put it on the charger. After and entire night of supposed charging, I take it off the charger and it still blinks continually. I don't know what's wrong with it. It seems to blink in 5-blink intervals. Could someone inform me of what's happening here? I'm hoping that the battery isn't dead >_<

I think your batt is spent and the PCB is Bad, I have had about 4 of them do this out of the 30 or so I have purchased and every time the Batt was done.! It happens, there only batteries, if your using LR 510 Atty's try not to chain vape and get the Atty and batt to hot, give it a break in between vapes, this seems to be the problem in these Batts going bad as well as just time as all Batts die sooner or later

Womp.. That's disappointing. I just bought the batteries in September or October. Oh well, looks like I'm buying a new battery. How well do the large batteries work? I may get one of those if they work with the same charger. Also seems like I'm no[t going to be buying the LR atty's anymore, either. Every single one of the East Mall attys I had tasted funny from beginning to end. I was more than satisfied with the vapor production from the regular atty's anyways.

Sounds like PCB failure... the batts can hold 3 months, and sometimes up to 6 months if you are a moderate user.
As for LR ato's, they don't live long, especially the low quality ones, it's just not meant to be used in a heavy way so you'll have to accept the short life span by these extreme forces put to them...
