I have two ego xl batteries, and the pcc that i ordered a couple months back along with a JDTS and JETS LR atty. They've been working fine, but now after letting one ego xl charge over night I'm getting zero power. I get 4 blinks from the light on the batt. Also my pcc's light NEVER and i mean NEVER goes from red to green or off for that matter(and I leave it connected via the wall charger most of the time I'm at home). I am honestly very perplexed, I've really enjoyed the JETS system and this PCC, but now i'm stuck with analogs(blech) til I get something figured out with this PCC and batt issue. Both batteries are doing the same thing, I do not have my original usb ego quick charger unfortunately, so I cannot do further testing to see if it is a PCC issue or dead battery issue.
Overnight update: Now, after letting the PCC charge all nite(about 24 hours total now) the red light remains on, with and without being plugged up to the charger. The batteries do not even blink when I connect them to the PCC charger module now(it did yesterday) which leads me to believe the PCC is the malfunctioning hardware. It will not charge/hold a charge, so therefore it cannot charge the batteries. Can someone tell me if janty's warranty matches the 6 month one offered by redistributor's like ivapour and whatnot on the eGo pcc? Being stuck on analogs is just beyond frustrating. And i only ever buy my hardware from jantyusa, no knock offs, but i'm hopin my pcc is still under warranty(got it end of july). I see other redistributors offering 6 months on the Janty eGo pcc(ivapour), but no mention of one on the usa janty site. I've cleaned the contacts and everything as well I'm not new to vaping....just at a loss here, help or advice from anyone? I've put in a ticket as well, but its the weekend. Thanks in advance!
