janty Ego problems or operator problems?

OK.. back to the OP... I got my eGo yesterday. Experienced exactly the same thing... except the burning part... it is not burnt, it is just the indent that the atty puts into the cart.. I tried my eGo with the setup that Janty sent. In my opinion, the carts that are pre filled are not that great. a few hits and they are done. I tried this with the Janty Aty and another 510 new atty.
So then I used one of my modified carts with the blue foam plug with the Janty Atty... it was OK.. not amazing. I swithchet the atty to the regular 510 I was using before, and WOW....

So I have set the Janty atty aside as a spare, and now using the original 510 attys... So far, from a battery life perspective, I am getting about 6 hours per bat, which is awesome considering the mega bats only last 1 to 1.5 hours with me ! I also love the feel of the Janty...

Exactly what I was looking for thank you sir.

So ego has mediocre atomizer ans carts.... Good to know

I believe the Attys are no different than any other 510 heat wise. Just you'll get free replacements for 6 months.

The carts aren't bad. They are just like every other stock cart out there. If this is your first you're lucky. You got to skip the battery part of the learning curve. Unfortunately it's exasperating the other part of the curve. Cart modification or choosing between dripping and toping off.

You would have had this problem with any e-cig you bought. Just not as fast. The better battery is allowing you to use the juice faster.

The gold band attys are breaking in slowly. I switched e-juice and that helped. I was vaping pina colada from tasty vapor with a doubler and maybe I mixed it poorly. Dont give up on the atty just yet! but still I would buy plenty of backups, 510 attys are unpredictable to say the least

Know I am finding the opposite. I have a handful of stock 510 atty's and find that I get a smoother draw and more vapor out of the Dura atty that came with my eGo. That is of course a few days after I broke in the new Dura atty.
