Previous ordering from JANTY USA with shipping from EUROPE actually went quite fast from point of view of the EUROPEAN Postal Service. The shipments usually had left European soil within 24 hours after shipping. After that USPS took over and either USPS or US customs kept the packages for a while before delivering...
Fortunately we are back in the US and shipment times are back to normal.

We are pretty sure it was customs but at the same time USPS was very slow in delivering foreign packages as well. They had told us 8 to 15 days max for delivery from EUROPE, but in some cases that turned out to be 25 to 30 days... You can imagine how happy we are to be back in the US now!
Really? Because I have been waiting since the middle of December for a couple of atty's. I've already paid (paypal)and am starting to think they are never coming.
Why didn't you guys just wait a few days and ship from the US? Especially knowing how long it has been taking.
Be patient, whatever is on it's way from EUROPE will arrive. It will unfortunately take some more time as per explained below...
