Hello all!

For a few weeks I've been researching and deciding what e-cig I would like and after watching and reading reviews and knowing what my own preferences were I choose the Janty mini-fogger.

I have a question for many of you. Is it normal for suppliers to be on backorder and not mention it to their customers? I've ran into this with Janty and am a little upset due to the fact that after I order my device I wait almost a week before writing and being told that they are on back order.

I would like to say thank you and excellent customer service from Vapornine. I had an order there as well for some flavored liquid and it shipped out the same day and arrived 1 day later!

Anyway I wanted to see if anyone else out there had any issues.

Backordered devices and parts seems to be fairly commonplace. Maybe it is due to the rising global popularity, issues with customs or other legalities, and manufacturing capacity of the manufacturers. Can't say for certain. You need to nail down what you want, who you want to buy it from and make an order as soon as the product shows in stock. Always order more stuff than you think you need so you are sure to have reserves of e-juice and atomizers when stock is sold out.
