Janty sent me the wrong liquid

Janty USA's Jeff must need to hire some extra help in the order filling department.

I ordered 5 cartridge packs from Janty USA about a month or so ago, and my order was all screwed up. I got most of the flavors I wanted, but not in the strengths I specified. He did throw in an extra pack or two though, which was a nice touch. When I emailed him to let him know about the mix up and that I appreciated the extra carts, he apologized and sent me even more free carts. The problem was that the extra carts he sent me still weren't the right kind/strength! But, as I now had over twice the number of carts I'd ordered, I figured I'd let it slide. If a company was going to screw up my order, this was just abut the best possible way they could do it. :)

And just this week I ordered two bottles of their liquid. When the package arrived, I got the two bottles I'd ordered, plus an extra package of carts!

So, even though Janty USA seems to have a bit of trouble getting orders right, they're still my favorite nic supplier at the moment. Sure, they messed up, but they more than made up for it in my opinion.

Keep in mind that Jeff and his wife just had their first baby 8 weeks ago....a few short days after Janty USA opened for business. I can imagine that having a new baby and a new business at the same time must have its challenges. Not to mention the effects of sleep deprivation! ;)

I have also received the wrong carts a couple of times, but Jeff just keeps going until he gets it right. And he does it all at lightning speed and with a cheery attitude. :D

I have received so many little extras that I've made a silent vow not to complain about a mixed-up order for at least 6 months. 1286B2~1.GIF

Wow... new baby and new business... that being the case, I'm surprised orders are getting filled at all. Congrats to Jeff!

Just to be clear, I'm not complaining about Janty/Jeff. They/he didn't get my order perfect, but like you said, the response was quick, generous, and friendly.

And dang it, their carts/liquid are the best I've found yet.

To recap: Great service + Excellent product = buy all your nic stuff from Janty/Jeff already!
