So, I bought some Japanese organic cotton with my last juice order from VapeWild- the cotton didn't look as I expected it. Obviously, because it's organic, it's completely untreated, but does Japanese cotton ALWAYS have flecks of what looks like plant material running through it? Doesn't seem... clean.

Anyway, I wicked it up as it was, and it's working.... well, it's working. Odd taste at first- hopefully that goes away. This is my first experience with any wick other than rayon in my rda. Out of curiosity, what do YOU wick with?

tl;dr- Does Japanese Organic Cotton always have flecks of plant material running through it? What do you use to wick?

I use the Japanese organic cotton and i have two kinds. one has the flecks in it which are i guess pieces of the seed hull and completely inert. the other kind i have doesn't have them and is white not the off white of the untreated stuff. the browner stuff is just more natural and the odd flavor will go away after a few ml of juice thru it.
