Theres a list. Also i know of vapefuel, google it, but most sites are in Japanese. and promist, also in Japanese.

keep in mind, Most vape shops here are ridic expensive, and have mediocre stuff...

And NO vape shops are allowed nic juice sales, so all 0mg
We mostly order from online.

so if you want GOOD vape shops, there are not many.
if you want mediocre overpriced vape shops, We got em aplenty!

Ive been to samurai, it had a decent overpriced 0mg juice section

Yes, You are free to bring in your stuff, and import it for personal use, it is not illegal to use, and feel free to use in public, Importation of nicotine for personal use is okay, bringing it in and out is fine. Just... Cant sell it in Japan.
