I just have to tell you that Jay has been so patient with me and I really appreciate it an all he has done. Long story short:

I loved my 5V GLV-2 but I wanted to try another voltage so he special made me a 4.4V one, the Purple Monster. There was a problem the first time he sent it which he fixed but in my paranoia I though it wasn't -- I returned again and he told me it was all good and it is, its in my hand right now. I obviously have no idea how to read the voltage through these with my meter.......sad but true, 4 years of engineering school down the drain! I know this may be a unicorn with the advent of VV but I love my unicorn!!!!:) Thanks Jay, I just had to do it in public.

I know there are a lot of VVs out and coming out but I just cannot wait to get the GLV-3, I'll wait until its released as GLVs are the best-built and sturdiest vaping device IMO, and I drop stuff and/or sit on/pocket my pvs constantly so its important to me, I assume this'll be the same!:)

lol its all good I sent you a PM. A meter will only tell you how much voltage is available. To find out how much is being sent to the atty you need to have it connected. The resistor wont work until the circuit is complete.(atty attached) The #1 phone call I get is .."my GLV is reading 8V !!". Followed by "it hits fine I just wanted to make sure its ok". The answer is yes. They all read 8v before the atty is connected. The atty will take some power, and the resistor will take some as well knocking it down to 5v. If anyone is having a hard time sleeping give me a call and ill explain the whole thing to ya lol...just kidding don't call me this late lmao.
