Hey guys,

first, i'm sorry to anyone who came out last Sunday to see my show and got nothing... I, um... injured myself and ended up having to medicate and lay down to get over the pain... I promise that i will be here tonight...

i think this is an important night, I have James (aka jimilives) from JuicyClear coming on air to talk. there will be a few things we won't talk about, such as what tactics HC used against JuicyClear to shut them down... but we'll talk about what we can, about the journey that James and JuicyClear had since start-up and about James personal story... I ask all Canadians, who love James and JuicyClear, to come out if you're free to do so... Let's interact with James, ask questions and show him our love and appreciation.

I also, pending final confirmation, have Linc (aka BaldGroove) from the We Are Vapers Documentary (We Are Vapers | An Exploration into the World of Harm Reduction | We Are Vapers), coming on tonight to talk about the We Are Vapers documentary project, and what we, as vapers can do to be involved, what the purpose of the project is and what lead him to do this...

i strongly encourage everyone to come out tonight, its going to be a phenominal show.

as usual... the show runs from 8-10pm EST (thats 8:30 - 10:30pm NST; 9-11pm AST; 7-9pm CST; 6-8pm MST; 5-7pm PST ... there everyone should know where it is)

Just out of curiosity though, won't there be a discussion of the "tactics HC used against JuicyClear to shut them down"?

James has said that due to the circumstances, he is not willing to discuss that... i don't know what or why, but i have to respect his decision.

I respect Jim's decision. IMO it is pretty pointless if that information cannot be shared. This group is doing this, this group is doing that etc, etc... we have heard the same story going on pretty much for a year, heck we even joined facebook because the poop was there.

So in my most humblest of opinions folks can either quit the drama or openly discuss it. As far as I am concerned, it is no different know then when I started vaping 2 years ago. It's time to poney up folks

I respect Jim's decision. IMO it is pretty pointless if that information cannot be shared. This group is doing this, this group is doing that etc, etc... we have heard the same story going on pretty much for a year, heck we even joined facebook because the poop was there.

So in my most humblest of opinions folks can either quit the drama or openly discuss it. As far as I am concerned, it is no different know then when I started vaping 2 years ago. It's time to poney up folks

However what I will not tell is EXACTLY what it was they did right because to be honest they sort of got lucky and I do not want to confirm how, but I will tell what they did to try and shut me down, its actually VERY interesting as it was not a letter in my case. Also keep in mind I was a producer not just a vendor so my circumstances were different than someone that just has a store. anyway just wanted to clarify that I will explain as much as I can but you have to realize that there are still on going legal issues and I will not be able to comment on some details is all i was trying to say.

I would agree.

Things are closing in. It's becoming a bit of an inside joke, or a load embarrassment, or both.

Pointless to beat around the bush and discuss all the non essentials.

I can not totally agree with this, it is a great time to be a vendor of ecigs in canada, usage has sky rocketted, the government is doing little else to vendors than sending letters to say "pretty please stop" JuicyClear was not shut down as a vendor but rather a supplier.

that said if all a vendor wants to do is sit on their .... with a website then I think those days are a bit gone, people now have local options, many stores are carrying them (even if under the counter) and many towns have guys & girls that bust thier .... supplying their neighbors and making a small fortune doing so. The future is offline because then HC can not just sit back and get addresses to contact vendors to send them letters.

Thanks for coming forward with this. I can read between the lines.

I know it is not easy and all this BS sucks. It is just that all the secrecy around here sucks buffalo balls. I have heard the drama repeatedly for 2 years, and in all honesty have become immune to all the drama and innuendo that occurs in this sub on a daily basis, and I know you are smart enough to read between my lines.
