A big shout out to Romainiac, at GA Tech, the maker of the Jazz Cartopipe.
I bought my pipe back in September, and though I liked the look and feel, over time it started getting less and less use, because I found I didn't like the draw.
So I thought...I bought it, why not mod it?
I posted some questions about what I could do to improve the draw and Romaniac demanded that I return to him, so that he could make it right.
We had a little dialogue, even swapped some carto's for reference, and it came back two days ago. And it rocks!
He sent me some extra o-rings, to use with different carto's, and some different stems, one of which had greatly improved the airflow.
I suspect a lot of users like the pipe as it is, and vaping is so subjective that it's silly to expect one thing to satisfy everyone, but the fact that Romainiac was so determined to make me happy with my purchase, really says a lot about his operation.
I would recommend this pipe to anyone, and am astounded not only by the level of service, but by whatever he did to my pipe to make it great. Not many builders out there will alter their work to suit you.
If you're looking for a nice E-pipe, look no further.
