JCMS DNA Box - HELP!!!

I have an older JCMS vapes dna 20 box mod that is having an issue. No matter what atomizer I use, the screen tells me to check atomizer and i have also noticed that it goes into lock mode during normal vaping prior to the check atomizer issue. JCMS vapes will not respond to emails I am sending for support and as of right now their website is shut down. Can anyone help me?

most likely a connection issue to the 510 (positive or negative)

you could purchase a new board and try to install it.

@KurrptSenate, thank you for this recommendation! Is it hard to replace the board, if their is soldering or electrical stuff involved i am not too good at that. If it is just unscrewing and reconnecting etc i can probably do it.

I'm not sure how the board was seated in your device as I'm not familiar with that particular device

I will say it requires soldering, but soldering a DNA board is quite easy.

if you are willing to go for it. watch a bunch of youtube videos on soldering. it's really not hard. if you can build decent coils to vape on you should be able to nail this

gotcha, i will give it a shot. I am fairly decent at coil building, i will pop open the device and take a look!

take some pictures. post them up. might be able to give you some more specifics

I'd look at it another way. you'll be upgrading (DNA 30/40) and learning the skill set to be able to keep this guy relevant (up to date) for years to come

yup, no problem

you'll learn when trying to solder, there are a few basics. when broken down, they aren't hard to get down

watching a few videos until you understand the process won't take long. when soldering a DNA board, it doesn't have to be perfect
