Hi Everyone

Just a quick update on the Johnson Creek pre-order status.

Our next shipment of Johnson Creek Smoke juice (which is due later next week) is going to have a bit of a change that I think you're going to like :)

Not only is all Johnson Creek Smoke juice highly filtered, but you'll now notice more of a "throat hit" that many of you have indicated you'd like to see!

Johnson Creek has gone to great lengths to listen to and act on customer comments and wishes. You indicated you wanted more of a 'throat hit' in the draw, and now they're delivering it!

Of course, to many, the 'throat hit' feel is still subjective, but for those of you who indicated that you'd like to see this, I believe you're going to like it! :D

All pre-order customers from outside the UK will be invoiced for shipping within the next 48hours. We are hoping to start shipping all pre-orders by Friday 12th.

We thank you all for your patience and feedback.

What do we do with the first line of JC that was not properly filtered Si?
ive not touched mine because of its clogging tendencies!

Hey guys :) I definitely want to clear one thing up: There is absolutely nothing at all wrong with the other batch. We have researched and are releasing this batch because some had indicated that they would like to feel more of that "throat hit" when they draw. I really think you're going to like it! :D

Hi mac :) The big question is are you going to do as your website says and refund everyone that is unhappy with your juice?, the underneath line is taken from your site :)

Q: What if I’ve already used up half of the bottle and I still want to return it?

A: No problem! If you’re within the 60-day return period, we’ll happily take it back and issue you a full refund (including S&H - here, a full refund means a full refund)

i'd like to know about above too , as my first order of jc was incorrectly labled ( marked as regular high , but actually wild cherry )

i used about 2 pippetts worth before realising it. i was told i can send it back as it's covered by a full 100% money back guarentee, but i feel kinda guilty asking for a full refund when its been opened and sampled..
But if that is the case i may well return it and wait for the new and improved johnson creek...in REGULAR ;)

Im also wondering the same , i bought 2 bottles on day of release from e-cigs.co.uk and to be honest i dont like the stuff (my personal opinion , dont want to upset suppliers).
I wouldnt even expect a full refund as ive tried them, store credit would be o.k. and not even the full price i paid.

Problem is matt you cant expect a refund if you dont like something.:(
And Si says the JC that was sold on UK release date is properly filtered!

I agree m8 , i will probably give the stuff away. I just think that the product was not quite ready for general sale as it seems to be on its 3rd generation already (original then filtered and now with throat hit).
If it was just me whinging then yeh fair enough but there are quite a few people on this forum that are having one problem or another.
Anywho cant fault e-cigs.co.uk they are a good quick reliable supplier who i will continue to purchase from (waiting for an atomizer to arrive now).

Matty ive heard that other forum members have had a refund i think that's what you should do in stead of giving it away if your unhappy with it im sure simon will do the right thing.

Hi Everyone

Just a quick note to remind all customers that if anyone has an issue with a purchase please do get in touch directly with your supplier so that the matter can be resolved quickly and efficiently. :D

Happy customers, quality products and fast shipping have always been top priority for us, and in order to be able provide those qualities to meet your needs and requirements we need to know first hand of any issues you may be experiencing.

If you do contact us directly regarding an issue, that issue is logged so that if a trend becomes apparent within a certain product line we can take direct and immediate action and feed the information directly back to our manufacturers for resolution at source.

You should't worry about contacting your supplier as most should be very helpful in resolving any problems you may have and provide a good solution.

After all, without customers, a supplier can no longer supply! It's in every suppliers interest to take good care of their customers regardless of the problem.

Many thanks for reading.
