Jessy charging light wont go green

I have a jessy x I got the first part of this month and haven't used it that much as I rotate between three batteries. Last night I put it on the new wall charger to charge and woke up this morning to find the charging light still on red. Any ideas anyone?

Rahn - Do you think it's the charger or the jessy? Do you have a usb charger that you could charge the jessy with?

Hi Rahn, I've had that happen to me with some of my batteries (not a Jessy X but my eGo). Sometimes, If I don't get the connections cleaned real good before I put it on the charger it doesn't get a good connection. I keep Q-tips and alcohol around and clean the battery & charger connections periodically and that seems to keep it from happening. Just make sure the connections are dry before you connect and charge them.
