I got a Jessy X the other day and was puffing on it on the way home from FSUSA and it died in about twenty minutes. I figured I would just charge it when I got home and it would be OK. Well a put it on the charger that night before bed and the next morning the light was still red. well it had about 10 hours on the charger so I knew something was wrong. I called FSUSA and was told it was my charging chord and I shouldn't charge off the computer. So I went down and got another chord and wall charger, brought it home and plugged it in...same thing, so I thought I'd use it and see how it would perform. Lasted twenty minutes or so. I used the chord I had before on my Jessy Ms and never had no problem but I figured this is a bigger battery, so maybe I do need another chord, but it seems that wasn't the problem. I guess there is always a bad apple or two in a barrel and I'll usually get at least one of them :{
