Johnson Creek compared to Janty juice

I have two brands of juice at the moment, and it seems like the Janty juice I got with my mini fogger is producing so much thicker vapor than the Johnson Creek juice I got in the mail yesterday. Any thoughts why? It almost seems like the johnson creek stuff is thicker, even though they are both PG juices.

I really like the taste of the JC juice more (wow that stuff is yummy) but it almost seems like my atomizer is flooding more when using it, and I'm doing nothing different when refilling my carts. I even have a straw mod in place to help.

Any idea what this could be? Do different brands produce different thickness of vapor?

Just wondering if you got the JC stuff directly from JC. The reason I ask is because the last JC I got is thinner than any other juice... but I bought right before their latest change. Yet the Tennessee Cure is a favorite. Right now only Janty's RY4 and Cappuccino are on top. I vape the RY4 from my Janty Stick and the vapor's huge so can't compare that right now. The Cap. and the JC/TC are both 510's and the vapor production is about the same - no noticeable difference there. Straw mod in both but that shouldn't matter except for how long you go without topping.

Yep, I got it direct from JC. I'm not really sure if it's thinner than it should be or not, still new to all of this. I did shoot an email over to JC and they gave me some suggestions to try, most of which I already did, so they encouraged me to try out the other two flavors I ordered and offered returns if necessary.

I suppose it could be my atomizer, but I've only used this one for 5 days so far, perhaps I need to clean it out good in some coca-cola or some other method, I've done the hot water, and let dry overnight, but still seems like the Janty juice is doing better.

Do the higher nicotine juices produce less vapor? This is 24mg.

I clean my attys by putting them in Everclear (or any clear 151 proof grain alcohol) for two hours - blow them out three ways - battery end, cart end, and then hold a finger over the battery end to blow out the atty holes in the side by blowing through the cart end again. Let drain on napkin, blow out again, then I put a few drops of PG and put them in a ziplock. Same drill 2 or 3 days later. I clean my cart fillers the same way (soak in Everclear and then press dry) but not as often - like every third atty cleaning. I wick the hole in the battery each time before charging one and during the atty cleaning I take a quetip to the battery well and clean the threads. Also on the attys.

I know, more than you asked :) but I haven't found any difference in vapors in PG juice. ECOpure far out vapors any PG or VG or PG/VG blend I've used. And I mix it with stuff just for that. Unless I'm sampling of course.

If you really want to test two juices, take the cart out of one mouthpiece, replace mouthpiece - have newly cleaned atty, newly charged batt and drip 1 or two drops on it of the one juice. Vape that until you taste no flavor - observe the vapor. Again, newly charged batt, keep the same atty and drip the same number of drops on the atty and compare vapor clouds.

I have never observed a difference in vapor according to nic level but really have never tested that one...

Well, Johnsons Creek was kind enough to provide me with a return shipment label, and I was just about to send the juice back, until I began reading a lot more in the DIY section. I knew there was a problem with the juice, I just wasn't sure *what* it was. It dawned on me that the liquid was more than likely too thin.

I went to the store and picked up some USP Glycerin, and cut my JC 24mg 50/50 with it, and low and behold, no more atomizer issues, nice nicotine levels, and amazing vapor production.

The best part, since the JC juice had so much flavor in it anyway, even cut 50/50 the flavor is outstanding.

I have asked JC to recall the return label, and I am keeping my juice :)

BTW the JC black cherry is super yummy!
