Received my JC Tennessee Cured yesterday and only had time to try it for an hour or so.
The taste is still there but right off the bat, I noticed that it has very little throat hit in comparison to what I was using before, Puresmoker's Virginia.

The throat hit is stronger than the original JC formula, but not any close to normal liquid like Kick, Janty, or Puresmoker. Looks like JC is going for a target audience of people who want a smooth smoke.

I smoked a blend of JC Tennessee and Puresmoker Virginia for a bit and that was really really tasty, with a nice throat hit.

I'll continue to update in regards to atomizers.

I have just bought the bulldog made for ecig.co.uk by mac...

not touched jc since are atomizer scandal last year

but thought i would give it a go...the flavour is one of the best i have

ever tasted in a juice its exceptional good..

its just a shame about the throat hit... its non existent !..and that's with 24mg

I prefer the VG Tennessee Cured for the smooth caramel/vanilla flavor without the throat hit. For those asking about a soapy taste using VG I don't get this at all.

I've been going on the same atomizer for a month with no issues using the juice. No special care other than blowing excess juice out of the atomizer into a paper towel a couple of times a week. (M401 for the record.)

Am I just imagining things, or has anyone else ever noticed or suspected that vapor production seems to change with humidity levels?

Yes! Unusually muggy here today and it's definitely dropped a bit. Using a 510 so that's not too terribly painful, but it's definitely different from yesterday when it was pretty dry. ( Same thing on the 901 and the unmentionable too)

I will comment on their new shipping policy of 24-48 hours in most case. I just got my JC order in today-------I ordered it 9 days ago!!!!! Why advertise it if you can not do it?---------Sun

Been 24 hours for me. The Camel juice I ordered from Smokey Treats I ordered 10 hours ago has already been shipped...but upon review it's the same complaints from others. Good juice but crappy shipping. BTW, I ordered the Original Smoke Juice from JC. If/when it ever gets here I will give my unbiased opinion.

I tried the Tennessee cured today and the taste was awesome, great vapor, but my atomizer that I was using just for just the vg failed today after just three days...although I'm not sure if it was just a faulty atomizer to begin with. I ordered 3 more atomizer today and will dedicate another one for just vg and see how it goes. I'm wondering if it has to do with the brand of ecig. I am using and inlife royal.

Yup. I ordered Tuesday morning, and it hasn't shipped yet. Kind of ticks me off because I haven't ordered in awhile because I got frustrated with the sloooooooooow shipping, but I decided to give it another try given the new shipping policy. I figured that two days to get it in the mail would be a nice timeframe.

Yeah. Right.

It wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't made a big production about it on their home page.

I ordered from JC Tuesday and my order shipped Thursday - all VG, 15ml of TC 24mg, 15ml of Kona 24mg, 15ml of Chocolate Almond 0mg.

I have been using VG TC exclusively in 5 carts on my Nebula for one full month now without a single issue: all 5 carts still work perfectly.

The taste is perfect every time.

I guess I must be doing something wrong. ;)

Ordered 15 ml each of Tenn Cured, Mint Choc. Madness, and Vanilla Ice Cream 11mg on 05/30. Shipped Tues 06/02. Arrived yesterday, 06/05. Packed carefully, personal note on the invoice, and not bad ship time, IMO.

I've been kinda torn about JC... Most of their juices are smooth and tasty, and I love the little glass bottles. But the flavors seem to change slightly(and sometimes a lot) from batch to batch and they are rougher on my atomizers. The Tenn. Cured was my main juice for like 3 months as I started vaping. I vaped JC exclusively in December thru February, but got a funky-tasting batch in February, so I decided to give JC a rest for awhile. (Seriously bad-tasting... the 30 ml of TC tasted like pure vinegar. bleh!)

I think it's important to note that I didn't have a single atomizer die during the 3+ months I stopped using JC juice. (I've been rotating 2x DSE801's and 1 Bada Bing from PureSmoker with PS juices since 02/26... and still have 2 801's and a Bada Bing unused as backups!) Even dividing the time by 3, these attys are all over 1 month of usage! We'll see how the current batch treats my long-life attys, as i killed at least 4 DSE801 attys on JC juices between Dec. and Feb. (possibly due to the learning curve as I got used to these things...)

Anyhow, after sampling some of each flavor, I'd forgotten how much I really like the JC flavors. The Tenn Cured from the current batch is back to it's old self again, and the Ice Cream and Mint Choc are excellent as always.

I've been stepping down the nic levels over the past month(36 to 16-18) and the 11 mg JC seems to be doing the job very nicely. Not noticing an increased urge to vape, which is a huge difference from my previous attempts to step it down. I honestly can't tell a difference from the 24mg JC I used to vape. I can say there has already been a slight decrease in vapor production in the 801 I've been using since the juice arrived yesterday. Also, the atty seems to run a few degrees warmer.

Bottom line: If they've worked out their QC issues I'm more than willing to make them my daily juice once again. (or at least until I step it completely down to 0mg) I'll try to update this thread to let y'all know how my little taste/atty trial trial works out.

They sent me an email stating that due to high demand, some of their products were taking longer to ship. They would ship partial deliveries until they could get back on their schedule.

I had no problem with them taking longer, as they let me know by email. Actually, I told them I have enough juice and to hold the order until they can ship the whole thing. The only negative I have to say about their sampler kit, is the eyedroppers are not long enough to reach the bottom of the bottles. When it gets to that point I just empty the bottle into a shot glass, then I can get every last drop.

Received the sampler and the vanilla ice cream is incredible! It's not just vanilla, it really tastes like rich french vanilla ice cream! After I've finished the sampler I'll definitely be ordering a large bottle. I highly recommend it.

I placed an order last night and received confirmation...and got an email this afternoon stating that my order was somehow not "finalized". Yet, as I said, I got a confirmation and the money was withdrawn from my PayPal account. When I go to the JC site they don't even show a record of my order now in my account history. They told me to reorder, but not until I see a credit to my PayPal. I sent an email to their customer service. Anyone ever have this happen?

EDIT: Well, to their credit, they have responded and apparently rectified the problem. The email was sent to me in error, and my order has reappeared on my account. Quick response in the middle of the weekend...pretty impressive.

I've wondered if the labeling (flavor-mg-vg/pg) was correct a few times myself.

That pretty much sums up my main complaint with JC: inconsistency between batches. I can only talk about their PG, really. I've tried both the VG and PG... but the VG almost tastes like soap to me so I haven't had much experience with it.

And by inconsistency, I'm talking about viscosity, color, smell, taste, throat hit, nicotine level... it's rarely the same from order to order. When you can actually see a difference in the same flavor from separate batches, it's not surprising that each batch tastes and vapes differently. I have at least 3 diff. bottles of partially used TennCured from different orders over the past 6 months or so... each is visibly different from the other in color and viscosity.

And don't get me wrong... I'm not trying to bash JC. The Tenn. Cured is absolutely the bestjuice on the planet on some batches. But it's also just so-so sometimes and downright nasty on rare occasions. The worst batch I ever got (also mentioned above) seemed to be watered down with white vinegar. Turned me off for months. I don't know if that experience warped my tastebuds to the stuff or what, but there seems to have been a slight "vinegarish" aftertaste in all TennCured I've vaped since, including the one I just recieved. Interstingly, I don't notice that taste in the oldest bottle, one of several I got before the really bad batch in February. This makes me think the recipe was changed sometime early this year.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Update: Just got an email today (6/8) that my order placed Tuesday morning (6/1) is shipping today. It wasn't a large order--Tennessee cured 0 nic, a syringe, and two empty bottles.

I never received an email informing me that there would be any delay.

So far, I'm not feeling the love about their new policy of shipping within 48 hours. Nope.

As for the quality, I'm crossing my fingers. Thus far, that's not been an issue for me.

I posted this in another thread but here is my exp so far:

Well, I placed an order for Tennesse Cured as my older Chinese Marlboro was running low based on reviews of the product on 6/5. I did NOT realize until the next day how slow they were so I placed an order for Camel Extra High on 6/6 from e-smokeytreats. E-smokey had my order shipped the same day and will be delivered TODAY (6/8). That's 2 business days to get from San Jose to Virginia. My order from JC is still "processing". *sigh* I had to go to analogs for Sunday and today due to my lazy .... waiting too long to order juice. Sorry, so far JC has not impressed me.
