Johnson's Creek: PG/VG vs 100% VG

I'm using a Kanger ProTank 2 on an Ego C Twist. I tried some of the Johnson's Creek Red Oak Tennessee Cured, which is part of their all VG line. I liked the flavor, but it wreaked havoc on my wicks. I did some research, and it sounds like this is pretty common with that juice. I've been thinking of trying some of Johnson's Creek regular line. I believe they're a 70/30 mix. Has anyone had this same experience? Is the regular line as hard on coils?

I am currently vaping with a sampler pack from Johnson's Creek. None of them were of the Red Oak line(100% VG). My coils have been burning up in matter of days with these juices. I have a Kanger Protank II mini, 2.5ohm coil, voltage has varied greatly as my coil starts to go bad.

I really enjoyed the flavors, but the trouble the caused with PV isn't worth it. I will probably never order from Johnson's Creek again.

I vape a 50\50 mix of JC original\red oak tenn cured in a cartotank. It was my first 'all day vape' and still is in my all day rotation even though I have moved more into DIY.

I don't really have issues with it in my cartotank. I easily get between 10-20 mls thru a smok 2ohm single coil 2hole punched carto.

The odd thing is, juices from AVE haven't given me any trouble at all, and they're noticeably thicker than Johnson's Creek's 100% VG.

True, however I've had luck with "one note" flavors like menthol and cinnamon roll from MBV in a "Max VG" blend from them. I mainly vape slotted cartos in my phiniac, but both those juices work in an EVOD or similar bottom feed clearo. But, I will mention I had to pull a wick or 2 out for proper wicking to the coil. JC tundra I can rant and rave about, but JC's juices kill whatever I put it in. The best luck I've had with it was in a Cisco dripping atty. other than that, I'm SOL.

I am fan of JC also. I like tobacco flavors and the Domestic and Tennessee Cured are among the best, and the only ones I have found that do not have a chemical test and I have tried HHV and Halo. They work well in my clearomizer but I have to clean and dry burn after awhile. However, they do kill my eRoll atomizers fairly quickly. Trade off.
