I'm thinking about trying out the Joye 306 atty. I have 5 Joye 510s and believe me, they have served me well. They're almost a year old and while they all still work, lately it seems that they just don't perform up to par. Anyway, I'm going to purchase a few new ones and was thinking about trying out a Joye 306. I've searched everywhere for information on them but can't seem to find anything. Can someone describe them compared to the 510? I'm talking about the regular one, not a LR. I'm a dripper so I'm wondering if they're easy to flood---just a good run down on them before I make a decision on whether I want to try one. TIA

I can't really speak for the performance of the regular 306 atty, but I use the LR ones exclusively now. I switched from 510 also. The mouthpiece on regular drip tips for the 306 are pretty close to the atty so they can get warm. I am now using the XL 306 drip tips from AvidVaper and they are more comfortable. I really have no issues with them flooding at all and drip pretty much the same way as with the 510 atty. For me the 306 produces more vapor that is warmer than the 510 does.

I will chime in and recommend Avid Vaper as well. I just got their 2 atty + drip tip combo for 20 bucks. I am blown away!

I was using standard 510s for the first 2 months of my vaping. One month in I got a Joye 510 LR and hated it. Two months in I gave the LR another shot and I was liking it more. After a full day of breaking it in I was hooked on the LR. A few days after I went back to my standard 510 and it seemed so lame! Well, as they say, the LRs dont last as long and 3 weeks into my new found enjoyment of the 510 LR it popped!

I had to get another LR asap as I was very unsatisfied with my regular 510s at that point. I wanted to get an LR 306 from Iken as I see so many people recommend him, but he has been out of stock for a while. So I went with the next most talked about Cisco. Avid vaper is Cisco's own web storefront (or so I have been told) and his 2 +drip tip deal was great for a newbie like me who never used a 306 before. My order was processed the same day and was in my mailbox a few days later.

I tore open the package like a rabid animal. As a bonus Cisco's atties are sent out primer free so I didnt have to mess with blowing out nasty primer or anything. I put it on, snugged on the drip tip, dropped in 5 drops and waited an agonizing 30 seconds to let it soak in. Took a toot and BINGO!! Jackpot! I was blown away from the very first hit! Tons of vapor, nice TH and all the flavor was still there. I have been cranking on my first one for about a week now and I couldn't be happier.

Sorry for the long winded response, but I just thought I would share my first experience with a 306. After re-reading the OP post I noticed you were looking for standard 306's and I cannot say how they perform. I have always read that the 306 is THE drippers atty. I would hazard a guess that a standard 306 will perform quite well also. Like anything in the vaping world, you have to give it a shot and see for yourself if its something you'll like. If you absolutely hate it there's always the classifieds here on ECF. Or just hang on to it and try it again down the road. Sometimes our first impressions can be misleading. Vape on!
