I bought a few of these on a whim to fill out a Cignot order for free shipping, and having had a growing curiosity about cartomizers. I'll quickly admit I hadn't researched the purchase enough, choosing instead to read up after my order was made.
Syringe fill went fine, but I'm not sure I'll want to deal with that on a regular basis. Had I to do it again, I would have preferred something with a larger filler port to enable use of the condom fill approach instead of a syringe.
I'm mainly a dripper, so I'm a little disappointed that the mouthpiece is integral to the unit and can't be removed and replaced with a drip tip. Because the carto is screw-on (unlike a 510 cartridge) and needs to be taut, it doesn't provide the flexibility to position the whistle-tip to a position favorable both to the mouth and a favored button-pushing position. My switch is at about one-o-clock, ideal for an index finger push, but I'm a thumb-pusher and the angle is a little off. I'll live.
The good points: juice capacity (2ML, I'm told--but I didn't push it on the first try), flavor, and vapor delivery are quite good. For those who don't have the particular vaping preferences I have and aren't phased by syringes, the Joye eGo carto may be a good choice and I'll likely hang onto some of these and appreciate them for how well they work and the convenience of cartos (maybe PIF'ing some as well). But my next carto purchase will be something that answers my criticisms above, hoping that they deliver vapor as well as these do.
