Joye Ego Cartomizers on Riva Batteries?

I just purchased Joye ego Cartomizers and they work very well on Joye ego batts, but not at all on my Riva Batts. I thought they would work with both, do I need an adapter? Other cartos and tanks interchange seamlessly.

What kind of Riva battery? I'm assuming you have the 510 threaded battery. If so apparently the center post on the battery might have to be raised if the atty isn't firing. I have never had this problem so I can't say exactly how to do this.

Thanks, Yes it seems like no contact to fire the carto.
I'll try picking up the center post and see.

I have used JoyE cartos on a Riva 510. The only issues I had was with the JoyE cartos not being to my satisfaction.

I use Joye and Riva with 510 cartomizers and they work well with both. If one of your batteries won't fire the cartomizer it is probably the battery center post has been pushed down, from OVER tightening the cart0's on to the battery. All you need to do is raise the center post a little, with a paper clip or tweezers, push the paper clip down the side of the post and push it sideways a little to pry it up, and then go to the other side of the post an do it again. What you are trying to do is rock it back and forth to raise the center post a little bit so it make a good contact with the atomizer. Remember don't over tighten your caro's.
