joye ego t not working

Me and the wife went down to the flea market this afternoon and bought her the last ego t 18650 mod. Pay for the battery included as I have two 18650's here for my Vamo when it shows up tomorrow. got it home placed a charged battery in and it lit up while threading it on the tube then nothing. screwed on a carto-tank and it immediately started vaping. the button was non responsive. could my batteries be wrong for the mod as they are the unprotected ones or is it more likely that the mod itself is bad? I just bought it from the flea market but they have a storefront as well we could return it too.

I always recommend protected batteries,not because of the likelihood of something going wrong.but because of how wrong things can go when they do.
You could try another battery and see if your T works. Or you could just return it. I don't have an 18650 eGo,I have a siegeli zmax and the one time this happened to me the battery itself was bad.the guys at the store wanted to know how I didn't blow it up.
