joye ego t question

I've been reading the forums and heard that when you order and brand new joye ego t that the atty gives off like a funky flavor. Is that true? If so anyway to quickly get rid of the nasty flavor. Thanks everyone just trying to obtain as much info as possible before I switch from my M401 model to the ego t. Thanks again

Welcome , and yes . When you first use the tank atty , put several drops of juice in , and dry fire , several times (6 or 8) or you can vape it for a few times to burn off the primer , just don't inhale .

Yes it tastes bad.
As Renzuli said put a few drops in the atty without the tank. Then blow those drops through the atty into a paper towel. That will get rid of the majority of the primer so that you don't have to live through it.

dry firing killed one of my atomizers, i wouldn't recommend it. blowing also just gets rid of a little primer.

instead just cover the bottom of the atty to make sure no air can flow through and suck hard a few times.
the juice in the cartridge will flow into the atty in large amounts and they can cover the primer taste.

I blow it out first, then I drip alcohol (cheap vodka) through it. Blow it out again and drip a few drops of ejuice in it. Finally stuff a full tank in and it's ready to go.
