Anyone have a special tool to remove the top part from the refill cap? TX Been sitting awhile and it's stuck fast- yikes.

There's not much to grab to remove the refill cap. A pair of vice grips or pliers over a soft cloth should do the trick.
Ah, got it now. Prongs on an electrical cord are a perfect fit.
Tx guys but you can't unscrew the top w/o something holding the inside still. They are both threaded the same direction. Dumb
