So, I have the greensmartliving pack and I really like it, but I'm a total newb so reading through the forums more.

The main reason I went with this one is I can go to my cigarette store and buy batts and refills right there without waiting. I was going to get Green Smoke but kind of expensive. I didn't buy a 510 because I saw a lot of reviews with people getting the wrong order, waiting for months to get what they ordered and so on.

What are your experiences with the customer service side of getting what you paid for in a timely manner?

GreenSmoke is terrible. Customer service is horrible and I did not get it in a timely manner.

I can refer you to a few different sites but you need to tell me what you are looking for, sir...

All of my experience with buying from the vendors on this forum have been great...Good communication and fast shipping...all of my orders were just what I ordered..

Mistakes do happen from time to time but they are far and few between..

I buy my hardware from Liberty Flights and my liquid from Freedom Smokes USA. Get yourself a Riva kit from LF. It's a 510 with a bigger battery. Sounds like you are currently using pre-filled cartomizers. They sell a cartomizer kit, but you will have to fill them yourself with liquid. Good customer service/shipping/prices.

There are a lot of ecig/vendor reviews on here, so my opinion is just one of many, but I've had good results with Liberty Flights.

Don't know what happened to the thread I was just writing. Hope I don't get a double here.

Basically, I like the one I have, but looking around the threads, you guys have some killer units. I like nicotine just like I like caffeine and I'm looking for something I can vape away all day if I want without costing hundreds of dollars with nice flavor and experience.

My little greens will get me by for now, but I'm definitely sold on the whole vaping idea.

Hmm, they have a Riva 901 and a Riva 510 and a UNC. I'll have to check what the difference is. A couple of bigger batteries would be cool.

Wow, the UNC looks nice. I can't believe the price on these starter kits. White Cloud wants $350, Green Smoke wants $180, this is like $50 bucks.

Wow..$350??!!! My first kit was from Totally Wicked and was around $80. Not terrible, but I wish I had known about Liberty Flights earlier. Anyone charging $100+ for a starter kit is definitely ripping you off. I haven't used the UNC, but the battery should last you for a full day, depending on how much you vape. I hope you find something you like at a good price and enjoy whatever you get : ) Welcome to the ecig world : )

The E-Power looks nice. The Vmod looks a bit weird to me, but he's getting incredible vapage there, that's awesome.

You might want to check out Welcome to MadVapes LLC They have an eGo kit that comes with 2 900Mah batteries for just $45.99 and Joye 510 starter kits starting at $35.00. There are a lot more great venders listed on this site. Several of whom I have personally purchased from and have always had great service and speed delivery. I don't recall ever waiting more that 4 or 5 days max. Items I've ordered from My Freedom Smokes arrive is 2 days. Even the high end venders here are a fraction of what White Cloud is selling stuff for.

That's awesome. I have really been enjoying my GreenSmartLiving cig. The cart has lasted all day and the batt has lasted all day as well. I have to smoke an analog now while my batt charges, but it's been great. I can't wait to get my hands on the real deal. Unfortunately, I have to go out of town to work for 2 weeks so no point in ordering anything now. This cig will get me by until then. Unless I find a store with Riva or E-Power or something in the city.
