Joye Stick Dissapointment!!

It is Christmas morning and I'm so excited to open my new Joye Stick and..... NOTHING! the atomizer doesn't fit properly and I get no vapor! I am so sad!!! Have I purchased a mistake? A Knockoff of the Janty Stick? I am hoping that HealthCabin will take care of this right away! I really was looking forward to my gift...

i'm 99% sure its just not screwed in enough, even on a janty stick.

they Joye-stick IS the Janty-stick , like Kelemvor said... make sure it is screwed in all the way. There should only be about 1/4 of an inch showing when it's fully seated.

Yep, atty can be a tight fit and a lot of friction between the inside plastic and atty base. I use one of those jar-top opener/gripper rubber disks to get a good grip. You can also use the atty mouth piece that comes with the atty to help screw on/off.

That happened to me when I got my first Janty Stick. Not to worry! Take the white plastic part that came on one of your carts and it's the perfect size to fit on the atty, and just screw the atty in with it just a little bit, not too tight, till you think there's probably a connection. It'll solve your problem! Good luck!

I pushed the atty in and it just keeps turning and turning, like it is srtripped..

Sounds to me like the bottom of the atty is just 'fat' enough that you haven't reached the threads yet. I had one atty that was that tight. Just keep screwing on and pressing down with firm but even pressure until you feel the threads catch.

If you another atty, try that. I have also found the silver attys seem to be the slimmest and offer least rub resistance.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I emailed HealthCabin and they are sending me a new Joye Stick. They responded very quickly... Yipppeee, I should have a new one soon...
