Joye Stick nightmare

I ordered a joyestick at the end of 2009 and have had it a couple of weeks now. Service and prices at Healthcabin have always been great, products too... but this thing has been nothing but trouble since I got it.

I have 3 atomizers for it and the first one went "dim" (almost no vapor) before the first week was out, the second one has rust or something in it and everything tastes awful in it. Every cartridge I've tried in it has turned brownish/red almost immediately, same with whatever juice I use with it.

The third one is working "ok" so far but now the manual button is sticking almost every time I press it.

None of the atomizers/carts have ever wicked at all. Two or three decent drags and then it's all metal and plastic. So really it's only good for dripping but even then it's burning through juice like nothing I've ever seen. I went through 50ml in about 10 days.

I was hoping to replace my 510s with this thing because of the larger cartridge capacity and the built in pass-thru combined with replaceable batteries because I've been pretty unhappy with the 510 for the last month or two. I'd send it back if I didn't think it would just be throwing more money at a bad purchase.

So what do I replace it with anyhow? 510s are unreliable and have to be replaced far too often for me, I've been at this for about 7 months and I've gone through at least an atomizer a week, probably 20 batteries and over 100 carts.

The V2 stick, which is what you seem to have, has always been a mixed bag. If you get a good one, they're great (I have several). If you get a bad one, it's a nightmare. The body itself is fairly bulletproof except for that switch, it just holds the battery and puts the energy to the atomizer connector. After that, it's all atty and juice. Janty and TW attys work great in them, wick well and last reasonably long times (statistically speaking). I'm sure Amy will work out the problem you have with the one you have, I'd recommend not giving up on it yet. Also consider the V3, an improved version of the V2 (MUCH better button). Good luck.

Hi Amy,

I just today received my first order (6117) of two 510s with PPCs two pass throughs and some blank carts. Thank you. My second order (6136) containing my liquid is just now clearing customs. Yay!!

Thank you for your excellent service and what appears to be a high quallity product.

Unfortunately I have a problem with one of the 510s. I blew them both out and loaded them both with two drops of VG to prime them ready for use. One works great, the other does not even get worm!! Its DOA!!

My mistake. Should have ordered spare attys!!

Have you had any problems with 510 attys and how long should I expect them to last? I have another order for some more liquid and another starter kit for spares that I was holding to see how this order went and would like to add an appropriate qty of attys to it. How many would you advise I hold and could you please replace the dead one for me?

Health Cabin is great with orders. Amy will do the right thing by you, at least in my experience.

Yep!! no complaints from me either. Prices are good and shipping is quick. My order was shipped within hours of me placing it and my special instructions were followed to the letter!!
