Been using 808 since I started back in September. I'm getting tired of carrying around multiple batteries and having USB chargers all over the house and one in the Jeep. Saw the Joye Tech eGo USB and am thinking of getting it. I like the ability to have a pass though and a battery in one unit.

Besides the obvious "it's an eGo" anybody have any experiences with the eGo USB? I searched and didn't really get anything useful.

Also, anyone else notice that all the action is here in New Members?

I also use a pass thru. Its the joytech 1000mah, it works great. I have a spare also. I've been looking into a straight usb, without the battery. I seen them on Vapor Kings sight, but I'm sure most others have it available also. I think it would work well for Vaping the computer, HeHe!

Biggest thing to remember with straight passthrough's is that they can't be run off a computer but need a good (over 2Amp) supply. Computer usb are fine for charging batteries but not for higher amps.

For any battery with passthrough capabilities it's fine.

Just like you, I was originally using an 808 automatic, and I made the switch to an eGo USB pass-through (900maH) and it is now my primary vape. It's the perfect solution because I spend a lot of time in front of a computer. I use low resistance cartomizers and I am able to go 9-10 hours away from a power source with no problems (I run low on juice before I run low on battery power).

I have a 650mAh ego-t pass-through and Love it!! I haven't had any issues with charging it, and the charge usually lasts me around 8 to 9 hours (medium to heavy vaping all day) before I feel the need to charge it.

I don't get any drop-off in performance near the end of the daily cycle until the very last ten minutes or so. This is usually just enough of a warning to get me to go search out the cord and wall plug (which by the way, came with my digital camera. so nearly any usb-to-wall adapter should work) before it starts blinking at me. Then I plug it to the wall socket beside my chair and keep on vaping!

This has been my only battery for the better part of the month, and honestly I've not felt lacking for a pv at any time.

I use atomizers and drip tips (cause I like to change flavors a lot), but my mother uses the same model with cartomizers (CE3's for the overly curious :D) with no differences in performance from my experience.

These are Great all-around batteries. I would highly recommend them!

Thanks y'all. I decided to go with a Lea Kross. I tried out the eGo and the Lea and liked the feel and heft of the Lea. Plus it came with the adaptors I would need to use my plethora of 808 cartos whereas the eGo that would have been an additional purchase.
I was able to trade in my Revolution Vapor kit (2 batts and charger) and a V2 bat and got $30 trade-in credit so got the Lea for $39 (battery, charger, cable, 6 cartos, adaptors and a small bottle of Halo Ice Mint - there were some issues so I got a little more than trade than normal.) Would have gotten same trade deal with the eGo...
Been using it sporadically since yesterday afternoon and really like it. Lots of vapor. Cartos get a little warm though, but I'm used to that.
Thanks for the help guys.
(still keeping and using my Volt and V4L 808s and V4L pas through as b-ups/ occasional use)
