Yes, I feel really bad about the sales tax thing but there isn't a thing I can do about it when an order gets shipped within NY State. I do appreciate the order very much and I threw in an extra box of blank carts at no charge to soften the blow a little. The one advantage you do have in NY is that with the free first class shipping you will still get your package in the same timeframe a person who pays the priority upgrade fee elsewhere in the country will get it. I dont know if you read the tracking number email that went out but today we got slammed with a Winter blast here in Buffalo, and USPS canceled my pickup which normally happens at around 4:00pm every day. I did manage to drive todays outgoing packages to the Buffalo Airport Post office which has counter service until 9:00pm and just got home. The gentleman said the mail was being loaded on the truck as I was there to be transferred to the main sort center and he would do his best to get my packages on that truck. Worst case scenario is that it will get there on the next truck at 8:00am. Gotta love these Buffalo winters! Thanks again!
