I have a Joyetech CuBox All in one in the blue colorway. It is slightly used. I've probably vaped one or two tanks out of it before I decided that it wasn't any different from another product that I was using. It comes with a box of coils that I have checked do work with it but are not the dedicated coils that the kit comes with. But they are compatible. The coils are the joyetech 0.6 mtl that would usually go with the ego aio.
This is an all-in-one device and does not have a 510 connection
It does have adjustable air flow in the mouthpiece
It has a little screen on top but it's not adjustable wattage. It's variable voltage I believe. But you may want to look at a review to make sure. As I said I didn't really use it that much.
It's also internal battery.
