Hey guys...

I'm new here. I currently just got the V2 e-cig and think that I may want something that requires a less of a "slow, long" pull to get a good drag.

I really like the joyetech E-Grip because its so small, sleek, and mobile. Looks like I could easily put it in my pocket and go bar hopping without much worry.

So E-grip owners...is there anything I should be aware of? Is it a good investment or not?

Thanks

I can't speak for the V2 of them. The first round sucked. My dad had two that only lasted 6 days each before the charging port broke. It had the most pathetic soldering done I have ever seen. Even though they lasted 6 days joyetech wouldn't respond with any customer service or warranty claims. Not to me, or to the vape shop either. I refuse to use a joyetech product ever again.

If it lasts, it's a good investment. The size and draw was amazing of it. I just find it hard to believe I had 2 that were duds.

Don't know about the V2 either, but I bought one not long after they first came out. Loved it. It was a little on the heavy side for carrying around in a pant's pocket and I had to tighten the belt another notch to keep my pants from falling down, but one day it died on me. Went to charge it and the charger wouldn't plug in. Yep, bent pin in the charging port. I took it in to a local shop and they looked at it. One guy tried to fix it but ended up shocking the hell out of himself. It would have cost more to send it back to Joyetech than to just buy a new one, so I trashed it. Shame. It's a nice piece of gear. I ended up buying an Istick instead. I didn't even know there was a problem with the charging ports until just now when I came across this thread. I thought I had just tried to force my charger in one night and ruined it myself. If they can figure out how to keep the charging pins intact, I'd buy another. I hate external tanks now.
