Joyetech - EGO ONE (how much E-Juice)?

Hi All,

After 6 years of smoking everyday, I have finally made the switch to an e-cig, in particular, the joyetech Ego ONE.

I just had a general question on how to measure how much liquid I should be putting in? I generally used to smoke about 10 cigarettes a comes in 30ml containers.

Also, how long should this generally last me, given my previous smoking history?

Fill the tank down the side, and not past the post in the center. Vape it until it's about a third full, and refill.

As to how much liquid should you vape per day, that depends on many things.

The nic content of the juice is one thing. You will need less of higher nic juices than you will if the concentration of nic is low.

Your vaping style. If you chain vape, you will need less than if you take rests between vaping, although if you chain vape, you might get dry hits (burnt taste).

Your tolerance to nicotine. For that, only your body can tell you. If you start to feel nauseous, or get headaches, or fell light-headed, it's time to put your gear down for a while. Jus listen to your body.

Hi Derelict and welcome to the forum. There are no stupid questions.

If you are using a tank, fill about 3/4 full, you don't want liquid pouring down into your coil. Then, vape when you feel the urge. There is no set limit on how much to vape. Some people vape 1-3 ml a day, others 3-6 or more. It all depends on what works for you. It's hard to say how long 30 ml will last, as you can see. Just make sure you don't run out!!!

Standard advice would be to fill the tank most of the way to full (usually).

How much you need to use is a tough one to answer. The "ONE" strikes me as a powerful ecig as well.... be careful with your Nicotine strength....

Hi guys, to add to what everyone else has said, regarding the nic strength of your juice... I recently got myself an Ego One and have found that I much prefer the lower nicotine liquids (compared to what I had been used to). The Ego One does produce quite good amounts of vapour, so a weaker nic juice could be plenty. It's all up to the individual though, lots of experimentation - good luck mate.

It's hard to say how much juice you will use each day but you'll find out pretty quick. I was a pack a day smoker and have the 1.8ml tank and I refill at least a couple times a day using the 1.0 ohm coil. If you run the .5 ohm coil you will be refilling it even more often. Also, I found that a needle tip bottle is VERY helpful for filling the eGo One if you don't already have one.

The eGo one with a .5ohm coil is a juice hog, just a heads up. I was a pretty heavy smoker before I started vaping, I still consider myself a heavy nicotine user and I went through 5mls of juice today alone.

10 a day on that device, I would recommend 3 or 4mg nic. 6mg would be the max. I was a pack a day smoker and I am switching between 4 and 6mg right now on a sub-ohm. 6mg is starting to get a little tough to be honest but I take less hits so I kind of like that. I get a week out of a 30ml bottle. Since you smoke half of what I did, I would think you would get 10-14 days out of a bottle of juice.

You wouldn't happen to have a picture or something to assist? I've read the manual and I must be doing it wrong because it either leaks severely (or I'm putting in too much), or now I'm starting to get the 'burning' taste in my vapour.

As per the manual, I'm assuming I fill it without the coil in between Atomizer Base and Tube, and fill it? And once it is filled, I place the coil back in?

If you can avoid chain vaping you'll use a lot less liquid. My brother and I both use N mini tanks. He fills his once a day. I refill mine 3-4 times a day.

We want you to be successful. Now go persuade 5 more smokers to start vaping they'll get a warm welcome too.
