I have vape mail coming to me next week with 2 joyetech Ego C Twist batteries 650 mah. I forgot to order a genuine joyetech battery charger to go along with them. I have generic ego battery chargers model USB-S001 Input:dc5v, Output:dc4.2V 450 mah and a kgo charger Model USB-S001 Input: DC5V, OutputC4.2V 450 mA. Will these work with the twists?

Yes. Those should work.

Any 510 charger should work. I even use it on my passthrough sometimes.
