Hey guys I'm about to order a joyetech eGrip with all the accessories and have a question regarding rebuilding.
I'm going to pick up the RBA as well as the 510 adapter. I happen to have an iTaste EP 3.5v 700mah battery and wondered would that work to put the 510 adapter in for firing/testing of the coil? If not what would you recommend I pick up solely for that purpose. I'm also picking up the eleaf ohm meter for about $10 so should the iTaste battery not work and you happen to know of a mod that'll work for firing/testing of the coil as well as checking the resistance please include it. The prices I've seen for a mod that fits both criteria is much more expensive than the two separate pieces would be so please include the mod that would work for just firing/testing with the 510 adapter.
I also figured I'd pick up 5 sheets of Japanese cotton along with a 10m spool of 28awg Kanthal wire. I figure that will cover me for quite some time and I should be able to make coils between 1-2ohms(most likely between 1-1.5 as that seems to be the ideal range for the eGrip). If you have any opinions on either the cotton or the make/gauge of wire for the purposes I mentioned as well as anything else a new builder should know/get please let me know. Thanks for your time.
