Joyetech has come out with a new mod/tank combo, the Joyetech Espion 200W mod bundled with the ProCore X tank. Looks pretty slick with a nice sized form factor that should fit nicely in the hand without being too big and a large bright color screen. It looks like the coils for the ProCore X tank would be compatible with Smok coils. I haven't used any Joyetech products since the Tornado tank and the Cuboid/Cubis mods and tanks. The specs do look promising and it looks like it will be a decent mod/tank combo. I like that the tank can be expanded to go from 2 ml to 4.5 ml.

I got the mod in blue, and the blue is a couple of shades darker than it appears in the picture. The coils are the same size and threading as the Smok coils, so they are interchangeable. The tank came preinstalled with the smaller 2 ml glass and when I tried removing it to switch it out to the 4 ml glass, the glass cracked (the bottom o-ring was stuck to the glass, which seems to be a common occurrence with a lot of tanks). It's ok since I doubt I would have ever used the smaller capacity glass anyway. I really like this tank and mod combo. The size of the mod is small, smaller than the Sigelei Kaos Spectrum that I regularly use. It feels very solid in the hand. I've been using the DL 0.4 ohm coil and the flavor is off the charts and produces a ton of vapor. The flavor of the vape is so strong it blows away the Smok coils, even when you turn down the power. I've been using the coil for just over a week and I am just starting to get an occasional burnt taste so I think it is nearing time to switch coils and try the MTL 0.25 ohm coil. The only downside to the tank is with the bottom airflow, condensation does build up and you get some seepage between the mod and the tank. The flip top cap is easy to use but stays on very secure so there is zero leakage from the top of the tank. If they could address the condensation seepage issue this would undoubtedly be my favorite tank. I haven't played around much with the settings, but the mod appears to ramp up very quickly. The screen is large and bright, although I am just using it at the default settings (showing the power level and then the elapsed time of the vape). You can change the screen to show the time but I think it is a bit gimmicky. I wear a watch and have my cell phone with me at all times, so I really don't need to hold a clock in my hand. There is a wide adjustment button (push on the left side to turn down the power and the right side to turn up the power) and a smaller "function" button. The function button can be used to quickly turn on and off the display, and if you long press it, it will switch between the different vaping modes (power, temp control, etc.). You can also do 3 clicks of the fire button to switch into the settings.
