Looking to get 2 more batteries. Was going to get 2 ego pass thru batteries but then started to think about the variable voltage batteries. Joyetech doesn't seem to make one that's both, and I'm not sure that they even make a variable voltage battery at this point. The ones I've found are all joye(randomwordhere) but not tech.

So, do they make a variable voltage battery? If so are they worth it? Do they boost the voltage much after the battery starts to drain or just in the beginning when they are freshly charged? Or should I just forget it and get the pass thru batteries :)

Thanks

i like my vv "ego" (non passthru). its def not joye. i couldnt find a joye vv ego. i got it from litecig for $19.99 which i thought was a great deal. the first one i had did die within a week though. got it replaced and thsi one is going strong. its non-regulated so the voltages (4.2~3.7~3.2) are only true fresh off the charger. i up the voltage as the battery depletes. its got 5 battery energy bars. when its got 5 bars, i typically use it at the lowest setting. 4 and 3 bars i use it in the middle. and when its down to its final two bars i crank it all the way up. i find this works well for me and my 1.7ohm cartos.

I guess joyetech doesn't make one. I read some place that a lot of venders pulled them because of the quality control issues. I don't want to mess with a hit or miss might work when you get it might have to send it back thing. Maybe I'll just get me some pass thru batteries since I have usb plugs all over the place.
