You have been contacted over a week ago. Are we still experimenting a problem or have you been able to come to a conclusion. Each device is tested before it leaves the shop, so it leaves me to wonder whether we have a genuine warranty problem here.I would love to support your acquisition, unfortunately I have received no registration nor any correspondence from you. It is always better to contact the dealer and mfr before going live with warranty issues. I stand by my product unfortunately I can't fix what I do not know about.
