I've used splenda powder and was pleased with the results. I dissolved it in water and added a few drops (sorry, didn't take any measurements). I thought about using a liquid sucralose, but most of them that I found have preservatives in them that are even more controversial than sucralose itself.
Has anyone tried ethyl maltol? I see it on PA and I'm getting a bit curious.
