Hello fellow Canadians!
I read a lot of good things about Jugheads Juices, and I don't know if anyone's had this problem but any help would be appreciated.
I ordered quite a lot of flavours from Jugz - samples to try out. Tried some out when they first arrived and they were quite nice, but I heard that they need steeping so I left them out with the caps off for a few days, shaking them every morning and night - as they're instructions on my invoice said to. I figured steeping wouldn't hurt, even if they already tasted fine to me.
After three days I shook them all and tried them again, and I got a really weird chemical flavour. Kind of like a dry burning flavour. I tried brand new attys and different voltages, but nothing seemed to help. The flavours were there, but very hard to detect, and the chemical flavour was totally overpowering.
I'm e-mailing Juggy to see if he has any tips for me, but anything you guys have to offer would be awesome. I'm not giving up on Jugheads! I really want to get that amazing vape everyone talks about from their juice.

Btw I've been trying them on an EVO battery with modded 510 attys for dripping. I also tried them in the ego C and tank, as well as my smoketech DCT (with a mix of awesome waffles and swedish pastry), which did taste a bit better but still chemical.

Any comments would be useful! Thanks!

P.S I don't blame Juggz or his juices! I'm fairly new to vaping and I know this is probably my inexperience rather than the product :)

I started a tread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/canada-forum/276517-what-does-steeping-do-exactly.html that contains lots of useful info on steeping.

I also had this issue with Jugheads, you can see my questions on page 2 and 5 of the Jugheads thread.

Try warming them in hot water (no boiling though or you will can melt the bottles) for about 2 hours (keep replacing water with hot water 2 or 3 times. This helped for me.

PS. Hint; but the bottles in a zip lock, remove air and seal properly so labels on bottles do not fall off :)

Not a big fan of steeping here, other than my DIY experiments.
Found Jugz's flavours great from the first try. Don't think that
anything could make them any better. Of course there were a
couple that just didn't "do it" for me but I know that that's just me,
as others rave about those particular flavours.

Of all the juice I've tried, Jugz's are the only ones that I don't need
to tweak a bit with extra flavours to make them vapable.
In fact, I've used some Jugs flavours to tweak some of the more bland
juices I've purchased elsewhere.

Sorry to hear of the "chemical" taste you are experiencing. I guess having
smoked stinkies for 40 yrs. may contribute to my taste buds not being so
sensitive. Some things are better with age, some, not so much. May be the
same with different juices too.

Enjoying the journey deeper into the world of vaping and flavours.

I suppose one should only steep if the initial flavour is lacking to ones taste.
