What helps give juice bigger clouds. If I want to have bigger clouds with minimal clogs what % juice should I aim for?

Higher VG liquid will give more vapor/clouds if your tank/coil can handle it. You could try a 80/20 vg/pg blend to see how that works

I am not a cloud chaser but do use max VG and produce a respectable cloud even at between 1 ohm and 0.5 ohms.

I don't know if you buy juice or DIY, but I remember.a while back that Teleos released their Cloud Science line. Lower nicotine and formulated for maximum cloud creation. I never tried it. If you search around, I'm sure you can find out more about it.

The higher the VG the more vapor generally speaking.
