I should have an update tonight or tomorrow morning sometime with order numbers that were shipped. Once Carlos gets with me on specific order numbers I'll put them up.


Porphy, here we are again! In your last email to me you indicated carlos accidentally sent me a shipped notification on 3/21/2010 and that I would receive a "real shipped" notification this past weekend which I have not received and furthermore emailed you and carlos both with no reply regarding this scenario.
Please advise!!

Just so everyone knows Porphy is in the process of moving back to the states at the end of the month. This is a few months sooner then he expected so I am sure he is very busy getting ready for the big move back. So please be patient. I too am waiting for shipping numbers so don't bash me lol

Okie dokie, let me clarify a few things. I'm giving updates to be helpful not from some sense of obligation. When you purchased your Juice Boxes you purchased them from Carlos through my site. That's an important distinction. I'm not trying to be trite with anyone here I just feel that coming here to help out has turned some sort of bashing target on myself and I won't take it. I have not gained one cent off of Juice Box sales.

Now, I have had an update for a long time and I have been waiting on more concrete information before putting it out. Why? Because if I don't check everything out, the USPS doesn't update their tracking number, or any number of other things I end up getting e-mails from people that are negative to say the least.

So here's the deal:

Carlos is shipping out order 450 tonight. Do I have every order number? No. Do I have tracking numbers? No. Do I have shipping confirmations? No.

... but you have your update. No e-mails please.

I am usually a VERY nice person but some recent correspondence from customers have led me to the point where I can understand why Carlos tends to not communicate.

As TBM pointed out I am in the process of moving back to the states, but for now that is not taking up so much of my time that I can't get information for you guys n gals to put it up here. The only thing stopping me from doing that is cost/benefit ratio. I spend a goodly portion of time figuring out the update schedule, time line, order placements, and then verifying it all and then my wife gets threats in her e-mail account... not cool.

Anywho, I'll still be putting out updates but only ones that have been deemed worthy by the people posting here. I will only update when and if I have confirmations, order numbers, estimated times of arrival, tracking numbers, and various other minutia.

Feel free to write back when you get your Juice Box as well as most tend to get theirs and never post that they got it... it would be nice to see a few more good posts here.

Please look into the scenario with my order #411 which you indicated carlos would be shipping last weekend.
I'm trying to be nice and deemed worthy. I would like the product I ordered in January.
 
Reno You should be getting it anytime I would imagine.

Also to Porphy Im sorry if your getting bad mails & Your wife also.
That should not be done. Nobody should be doing that.

& To those doing it Should issue a Apology & Understand it is very disrespectful.
Respect is something you give & Get in return.
Disrespect gets you disrespect in return also.

I am one of those that had their box returned to Carlos during the previous shipping group. I received it yesterday! (Sorry people... I didn't analyze the shipping box and can't tell you any details.)

I'm thrilled with it. I haven't had any problem with flooding. I think that is because I'm a patient person and I only pump the bottle lightly when I notice the taste or vapor reduction.

Porphy... thank you very much for giving us this avenue for purchasing the Juice Box! Don't let the grumpy folks get you down. :)
