Occasionally, seems to be after refilling or topping off carts, will have a hit or two that sprays a little juice into my mouth, my wife has had the same problem. Am I doing something wrong? Using a 510, have both regular polyfill and PTB cartridges for it. Perhaps overfilling?

Get the same thing with my 510, I believe it's caused by overfilling.. What I do now is just fill the carts till it's good and wet with no pooling of juice at the top and that seems to work thus far.

i made a video of how to get rid of this in my video: 510 simple vaping tips. you can take the end end piece off by sticking a paperclip in the mouth piece end and pulling it off and wiping off the built up juice inside. i demo in my vid
but you did not attach you video, that would be be great for the newbies.

yea it's overfilling. Due to this and something else i was doing wrong, I haven't been able to taste anything at all (my mouth is numb) for the past about 8 hours. Just getting a little juice from overfilling won't do this, but always be sure to get it out. I just wipe it on my hand or something handy. I'm just now starting to get my taste back. Basically I was direct dripping (perfectly normal) but i wasn't putting an empty cart on. so my lips were on the atty itself. You know when you pull your cart out of your atomizer, and there's liquid on the walls? Well all that had been going into my mouth in such small amounts at a time, that I hadn't noticed until about an hour and a half of vaping like that when i lost taste, then temperature. I couldn't tell if something in my mouth was hot or cold. lol so anyways always wipe it out a drink water or something if your mouth gets dry while vaping. :p

My rule - blow before you suck (LOL).

After I fill the cart... I gently blow down in the mouthpiece to move any liquid that I've spilled which is on the side of the cart. That moves liquid down on the bridge and into the pot nicely. I never get liquid in my mouth, even if I've overfilled a little. Also works on an 801.
