juice in the spring connector for an RX200

By "spring connector," do you mean the 510 connector where the tank screws on to the mod? If so, soak the juice out with the corner or a paper towel, then clean the connector with a Q-Tip soaked in rubbing alcohol, then dry it with another Q-tip. It may or may not cause connection problems, but usually not unless and until the juice dries in the socket and forms a film. If it's still liquid, and the parts mate properly, is should just ooze out of the way. It can not cause a short; e-juice is non conductive.
