I do t know why, but the past few days my throat has been burning every time I vape. I thought it was a new juice I bought but when I tried my others, even re-wicked, it stills burns. Wasn't having this problem before. I was able to take long lung hits, and now I can't. Plus my juice is burning faster than ever. Same build as before. I am on a long car trip and now chewing my Nicorette desperately needing a vape. Any suggestions?

What do you mean by "burning"? do you mean stinging or that the temperature is too hot?

What mix of eliquid do you use (ie 80/20 pg/vg, etc.)? How much nicotine is in your eliquid? How long have you been vaping this mix?

Also, have you tried using a different mod/battery & are you having the same experience? What topper are you using?

What is the ratio of PG to VG in your e-liquid? It should be listed on the bottle and look something similar to "70PG 30VG" which is the most common ratio.

As far as I have learned in the 2 years I've been vaping, PG can cause a sore throat (it gives me heart burn too!). I started making my own and I am on nearly 80% VG with the remaining 20% PG being from most concentrates. Deffo keep up drinking more water and if it doesn't calm down in a few days, definitely try an e-liquid with higher VG.

As Zealous said, it could be your set up kit as well. I notice changes between mods and even the smallest variation can cause issues.

I have a TOBH Atty with a dual nano coil .35 ohms. I use a 50/50 blend juice with 6mg nic. I had a dual micro coil at .3 ohm and it wasn't burning at first but started to. It's not too hot, I like a sub ohm build, but stinging my throat. This is the first time I've had this problem. That's why I don't think it's the nano coil. Possibly the juice is burning too fast? I'm going to try and lift the coils off the cotton clouds a bit and see what happens.

Have you tried it in a higher ohm device? I ask because I have 1 particular eliquid that I can't vape at too low an ohm or it burns my throat yet at the higher ohm it's fine.

considering your build it could be that your nic level is too high. With the ohms at that range it's going to be burning the eliquid faster therefore you'll be taking more nic in than you would on a 1ohm coil.

oh, 1 other question: does your atty have proper air flow for both coils? I'm not familiar with the dripper you're using but some dual coil atties come with only 1 air flow hole (which is dumb btw) so that second coil not having any air flow would definitely affect TH. Don't know if that's the case with yours or not so I thought I'd ask.

Plenty air flow, TOBH has three permanent air holes on either side specifically for dual coil builds. Could be juice, the last three I've tried have been stinging. I'll have to wait until I can get more to find out.
