juice not feeding-please help

Its brand new how could it be clogged? Got it this morning

Hmmm very strange. I just can't see how it could have come to you plugged it is a new mod isn't it ? The very bottom of the hole is a hair smaller than the top but if it was a small needle it should go thru.

Would you happen to have a 1/16 or smaller drill bit ?

If so you could try by hand gently turning it in the hole to test it. I wouldn't use it in a drill as you could do some damage.

I suspect that its a product of the machining process or a debris particulate from the ato/carto installation. Fear not friend, we want to see you succeed. Clear that baby with a paper clip or whatever fits, then, please try my suggestion of ensuring flow with water, absent a ato/carto then let's chain vape to get this party going.

I've only seen this reported once before...so it is rare....but I'm sure it can be cleared and you can get to vaping. However, if for some reason it doesn't clear, you need to contact Rob (redeyedancer). You can reach him via PM or perhaps it would be easier to just call him after 8am Eastern tomorrow.

Glad to hear you got everything solved!

About the tube, I have 4 of them and usually dedicate one to a strong flavor, and I never needed glue. I just slide them in and make sure to push them up tightly, and it shouldn't break off unless you pull hard.

Had this happen on my new one yesterday afternoon. I tightened the bottle cap and it started feeding. I assumed that the cap was not sealed and I was squonking air out the cap instead of juice up the tube.

I returned a new Grand to Rob yesterday that had something clogging the 510 connector. I took a small drill bit and tried to clear it from the top through the 510 connector and then, per Rob's advice, took the tube off and tried to clear it from the bottom. It didn't work. The passage was sealed air tight. Bottom line though, Rob was very helpful and was happy to get a new unit out to me when I decided it wasn't something I was going to be able to fix on my own. A++ for good customer service.
