Juice shipping costs from the US

Hello Folks,

I was wondering if anyone has seen a list of shipping costs from juice vendors in the US to Canada. If not, I would like to start a list with this thread. This is for small orders below the free shipping (a couple of bottles) What I have found so far:

Alice in Vapeland = under $5
Gourmet Vapor = Under $5
Plume Room = Over $15
Vermillion River = Over $25

mountain vapor was flat $10 (no tracking though :/)

Never went for the added expense of tracking, just didn't feel it was worth it considering it "could" get stopped at the border. Roll the dice and if it comes in the mail you won...

Gourmet vapor, goodlifevapor and virgin vapor seem to have stayed the same
